My name is Daniel Müller, and I’m a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Lv 2

When I moved to Stockholm in 2014 I managed to come out of a depression through the Wim Hof Method. It was the most inspirational and motivational concept I had seen in years. What I learned is that the cold is my teacher and that breathing is my best friend. Now I want to share my friend and teacher with you!

My mission is to help you find your true power with inner peace, a bigger purpose and a healthy community.

My name is Daniel Müller, and I’m a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Lv 2

When I moved to Stockholm in 2014 I managed to come out of a depression through the Wim Hof Method. WHM DAY COURSE

The Wim Hof Method is a highly effective set of techniques with many beneficial health effects. The group experience and the chance to practice this intensive course over several days can often bring you a real personal transformation that extends to many areas of your life.


NORTHERN LIGHTS WIM HOF RETREAT

In our newly renovated retreat center Lysvoll located by the national mountain of Norway named Stetind we will dive deep into the Wim Hof Method. Imagine you are sitting inside our cozy and warm living room looking outside the panorama windows. The fire is crackling in the background.
